For beginners, start with the 30g (the lightest coloured ball). Use it once or twice a day for 10-15 minutes. When you can successfully hold the ball for 2 minutes or more you can move on to the next weight.
Directions
- Wash your hands and the ball with warm water and antibacterial soap.
- Dry the ball with a clean, lint-free towel.
- Apply a water-soluble lubricant to the ball.
- Lie down and relax.
- Insert the ball without forcing.
